Location: Hybrid β Gloucestershire, commutable from Bristol, Oxford, Swindon, Cheltenham, and Bath.
My client, a leading UK customer engagement agency within a global network, is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead high-profile client relationships and deliver strategic, insight-driven CRM and creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day client relationships and campaign delivery.
- Translate creative and data insight into clear, compelling strategies.
- Own account forecasting, budgeting, and team performance.
- Collaborate across planning, creative, data, and tech.
- Act as a senior contact and strategic advisor to clients.
