Our client, a private hospital in Essex is looking for a Band 6 Radiographer committed to delivering exceptional patient care to join its team.
Requirements:
- BSc(Hons) Radiography, DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent
- Health Professions Council Registration
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Ability to teach and mentor more junior staff and new members of staff
- Keep all records up to date in a clear, accurate and concise manner on a day-to-day basis
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of an efficient and effective radiology service
- Work collaboratively as part of a professional radiography team to provide a high-quality diagnostic imaging service across X-ray, theatre imaging, and MRI coordination
- Act as a Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS), ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a sensitive, compassionate, and courteous approach when dealing with patients
- Continuously develop professional knowledge and skills through ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
