Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 (Full-time) Permanent

An outstanding independent private hospital in London is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to lead its busy and high-performing Endoscopy Suite.

Main Duties:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Suite.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care during endoscopy procedures.
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the Endoscopy team.
  • Ensure a safe environment, monitor patient care, and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Theatre Manager to maintain appropriate staffing and skill mix.
  • Maintain endoscope decontamination protocols and ensure full traceability compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Endoscopy, ideally with leadership exposure.
  • Confident leading audits and ensuring CQC compliance.
