An outstanding independent private hospital in London is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to lead its busy and high-performing Endoscopy Suite.
Main Duties:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Suite.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care during endoscopy procedures.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the Endoscopy team.
- Ensure a safe environment, monitor patient care, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with the Theatre Manager to maintain appropriate staffing and skill mix.
- Maintain endoscope decontamination protocols and ensure full traceability compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Endoscopy, ideally with leadership exposure.
- Confident leading audits and ensuring CQC compliance.
