Our client, a Chambers-ranked Legal 100 firm renowned for employment law, is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Associate to join their Reading team due to growth.
Role Overview:- Support a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Manage and mentor junior team members (preferable).
- Support partners across all offices, primarily based in Reading.
- 6-9 years PQE with experience in employer, HR support, and senior executive matters.
- High visibility role with responsibilities in business development and client relations.
- Experience advising on employment contracts, policies, disputes, and tribunal work.
The team advises on employment contracts, policies, restructuring, redundancies, severance, disputes, and discrimination issues. They handle tribunal and High Court litigation and work with a range of clients including FTSE 350 companies, public and private sector organizations, charities, and high-net-worth individuals.
