The IT Technical Solutions Architect for our rapidly growing software client, plays a key role in providing IT strategy, delivering major technical projects for external and internal customers as well as servicing, maintaining, and supporting multiple organisations with various environments, operating systems and hardware across several sites while providing 3rd line support for the IT helpdesk.

Scoping, delivering and management of major IT projects

Strong knowledge of M365 Administration tools and Azure Active Directory Administration

Experience with implementing and maintaining Azure infrastructure

Experience in deploying and supporting and maintaining Windows servers and clients

Experience in deploying and supporting server infrastructure, storage systems and hypervisors

Strong knowledge of Active Directory tools and domains

Strong knowledge in network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Subnets and VLANS)

Microsoft 365/Azure fundamentals and equivalent

Microsoft 365/Azure Associate qualification or equivalent
