SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Supervisor, the File Clerk is responsible for maintaining files of the Stoney Nakoda Child & Family Services department.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Type all correspondence, letters, memos, files and other documents as required
- Take minutes and notes at various meetings when required
- Develop and maintain a filing system of records for correspondence, information, clients, and any other documentation
- Photocopying and duplication of any materials
- Follow Child Intervention File Standards, enhancement act file standards
- File standards for child in need, kinship care and foster care files
- Other Duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT
- High School Diploma an asset
- Administrative training and/or experience an asset
- Computer knowledge and/or training an asset
- Good Written and verbal communication skill
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge in operating and troubleshooting office equipment
- Responsible, reliable and punctual
