Requirements
- At least 10 or more years’ experience in residential/commercial remodeling or a related field.
- Ability to generate accurate project estimates
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
- A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with the client to understand their needs.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
