Position Purpose: StoneX is seeking a disciplined and technically proficient Video Producer at a Junior to Mid-Weight level to join our London-based creative studio. This role is responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality video and audio content, collaborating with our creative team to support the firm’s global marketing objectives and enhance our brand presence within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be a highly organised professional capable of managing the full production lifecycle from initial concept and on-site filming to sophisticated post-production. This position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to deliver polished assets within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Production: Lead the setup and operation of professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment. You will be responsible for filming a variety of formats, including structured interviews, multi-camera round table discussions, and capturing high-quality b-roll to support narrative storytelling.
  • Post-Production Excellence: Execute efficient and creative editing workflows using the Adobe Creative Suite. This includes multi-camera editing for panel discussions, colour grading, sound mixing, and the integration of motion graphics to produce a refined final product.
  • Workflow Management: Demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You must be comfortable working to tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
  • Collaborative Production: Partner with the wider creative studio to ensure video content integrates seamlessly with broader visual campaigns, maintaining aesthetic consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Audio Engineering: Oversee the recording and post-production of audio-only assets, ensuring high-fidelity sound for podcasts and corporate multimedia projects.
  • Pre-Production & Planning: Assist in the storyboarding and scripting of video projects, ensuring all content is strategically aligned with creative briefs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with subject matter experts and senior executives to facilitate on-camera performances and capture key market insights effectively.
  • Media Management: Maintain a rigorous digital filing system for all raw footage and final masters, ensuring the studio's media library is organised and accessible for global use.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in video production. Experience within a corporate or agency setting is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in operating professional mirrorless cameras, lighting for interiors, and managing multi-channel audio recording for group environments.
  • Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is mandatory. Working knowledge of the wider Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Audition, Illustrator) is expected to facilitate collaboration with the creative studio.
  • Portfolio: A professional portfolio or showreel demonstrating technical competence in camera operation, rhythmic editing, and corporate storytelling is required.
  • Project Management Skills: A proven ability to remain organised under pressure and manage competing priorities across different workstreams.
  • Office Presence: Commitment to a hybrid working model, requiring 4 days per week on-site in our London City office.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to operate professionally in a high-pressure environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
