Responsibilities:
The purpose of this internship is to support the Client Management team within StoneX Payments in India. The role will involve working alongside client-facing stakeholders and the global Client Management team to contribute to the prompt and efficient delivery of client support activities. This internship provides exposure to how StoneX Payments connects with multiple functions across the business—including Trading, Sales, Operations, IT, and correspondent banks.
Primary duties will include but not limited to:
- Work with all internal teams in the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support.
- Provide Client Services day to day support, including managing the support queue and initial triage.
- Work with the Global Client Services team to build standard response templates for client queries.
- Work with the global client services team to document and build the internal knowledge base.
- Work with the Global Client Services team on projects and initiatives within the team.

Early Careers Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating by July -August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university)
- Available for a June 2026 start date for a 10-week program
- Must be fully authorized to work in the UK for any employer.
Working environment: In-office (minimum 4 days in the office)
