Business Segment Overview
Institutional: work with institutional‑grade technology, gain exposure to equities, options, fixed income, advanced trading, research, and management technology.
Responsibilities
Position Purpose: The purpose of this role is to support the day‑to‑day management of institutional CFD & FX clients of StoneX Pro and Retail Partnerships. The role supports sales with client onboarding, provides frontline support to API clients, assists the global sales team, and contributes to successful client management. Success is measured by achieving service level targets for onboarding times, case response times, quality targets, and achieving team objectives.
- Manage onboarding setup of new partners, collecting and verifying KYC documentation, coordinating approval with Compliance, and managing technical onboarding of API clients.
- Engage with Sales Representatives, providing assistance in onboarding and supporting clients throughout their lifecycle, including attending client introductory meetings, training.
- First‑line support for all partner queries and issues, efficiently handling inquiries, and escalating to back‑line teams or Relationship Managers as needed.
- Audit and quality checks of system settings and setups to ensure operational and commercial terms are properly configured.
- Represent and involve in cross‑department requests, projects, releases, and technical outages affecting partners.
- Send mass email communications to partners, either regular or ad hoc.
- Update, calculate, invoice, and reconcile partner rebates and payments.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an FX/CFD customer‑facing support or relationship management role, with strong focus on operations and KYC; technical support experience a plus.
- Good time‑management skills, ability to prioritize work and use time and meetings effectively, and deliver tasks in accordance with SLAs and due dates.
- Ability to quickly understand and follow end‑to‑end operational processes and their interdependencies and adapt to a fast‑paced environment with high focus on accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑management, and problem‑solving skills needed for operational and technical queries, and to support sales in commercial functions.
- Passionate about sales‑support processes and assisting the sales team to achieve revenue growth.
- Self‑driven, collaborative, and able to solve problems in a matrix organizational environment with high energy and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well independently or remotely across global teams to resolve partner inquiries in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
