At StoneX, you’ll be part of an institutional‑grade financial services network that connects companies, organizations, and investors to the global markets ecosystem. You’ll support the regulatory reporting transformation by mapping and documenting end‑to‑end trade lifecycles and desk operating models, enabling accurate reporting and governance.
Responsibilities- Document high‑level desk workflows and trade lifecycles, with an initial focus on exchange‑traded futures and options.
- Capture key process steps, hand‑offs, decision points, and desk‑specific nuances.
- Engage with front office, operations, regulatory reporting, and other stakeholders to validate documented flows.
- Produce clear, reusable artefacts (flow diagrams and written summaries) suitable for senior stakeholder review.
- Support determination of regulatory reporting eligibility and scope across relevant regimes.
- Provide input into governance, controls, and regulatory change management, in line with FCA expectations.
- Ensure documentation reflects how desks operate in practice and can be reused in future change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of capital markets trade lifecycles.
- Experience with exchange‑traded futures and options.
- Demonstrable experience documenting business processes, desk workflows, or operating models.
- Ability to engage credibly with front office and senior stakeholders.
- Strong written documentation and visualisation skills.
- Background in front office, operations, post‑trade, regulatory change, or business analysis within markets.
- Experience supporting regulatory or operational transformation initiatives.
