ResponsibilitiesThe Global Events programme is a critical component of StoneX Group Inc.\âs overall branding and marketing strategy. Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Events Manager, the EMEA Events Specialist â ThirdâParty Events is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing StoneX\âs participation in external industry events, conferences, and tradeshows across the EMEA region.
This role focuses exclusively on thirdâparty event strategy and execution, ensuring StoneX maximises visibility, lead generation, and ROI from sponsored and attended events. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external organisers, and vendors to deliver a consistent, highâquality brand presence while supporting broader marketing initiatives that drive engagement and business growth.
General Duties
ThirdâParty Event Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement promotional plans and timelines specifically for thirdâparty events across EMEA.
Coordinate all aspects of StoneX\âs participation in external events, including sponsorship deliverables, booth logistics, speaking opportunities, and onsite branding.
Serve as the primary liaison with thirdâparty event and tradeshow organisers to ensure all contractual obligations and deliverables are met on time.
Oversee the building and testing of CVENT registration or eventârelated pages when required for thirdâparty event participation.
Lead Management & Reporting
Lead all leadâcapture initiatives for thirdâparty events, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and followâup workflows.
Partner with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate lead reporting for EMEA events.
Manage postâevent communication strategies to maximise engagement, nurture leads, and support ROI measurement.
Branding & Compliance
Work with internal and external teams to develop and maintain event branding for thirdâparty events, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
Manage internal review processes for all event marketing deliverables, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Oversee final proofing and compliance approval for all thirdâparty event assets.
Ensure strict adherence to corporate branding standards across all external event touchpoints.
Marketing Coordination
Coordinate the launch of promotional activities supporting thirdâparty events across channels including:
Social media
Email marketing
Website content
Align marketing efforts across EMEA departments to ensure cohesive messaging and event positioning.
Collaborate with vendors to fulfil marketing and eventârelated needs.
Operational Excellence
Ensure all agreed processes and workflows related to thirdâparty events are followed within the EMEA events function.
Act as a key intermediary between marketing, business stakeholders, and event organisers to ensure seamless execution.
Support onsite event delivery, including domestic and international travel for larger thirdâparty events and when there is a business need.
Additional Responsibilities
Support broader marketing and companyâhosted event initiatives as assigned by the manager.
Contribute to continuous improvement of thirdâparty event processes, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years\â experience in event planning
Experience with WebEx
Experience with On24
Experience with Dynamics/Salesforce
Experience with Cvent
Knowledge of financial services
Qualification And Skills
Bachelor\âs degree (or equivalent)
Additional Marketingârelated qualifications beneficial but not required
Excellent marketing and project management skills as evidenced by previous job experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated expertise in interpersonal communications and working well within a team
