Responsibilities
- Stay ahead of industry trends
- Identify and convert potential customers in key markets
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through a mix of outreach, account management and networking
- Source new commercial and high-value customers
- Research key markets and identify new opportunities
- Utilise CRM system to manage and grow accounts
- Collaborate across departments and align with company goals
Requirements and Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with experience negotiating large contracts
- Ability to engage with high-level stakeholders and customers
- Knowledge of specification and tendering processes in construction

Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience selling £100,000+ deals in a related industry
- Experience with B2B and commercial sales

- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Hubspot
