Scheme Manager – StonewaterLocation: Highgates, Derby (UK\’s most central city). Employment type: Permanent, Part‐time (26 hours per week).

Join us at Stonewater as we look for a proactive, caring individual to act as the friendly face of the scheme, supporting the Delivery Manager with day‐to‐day operations and ensuring our residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently.
You\’ll take ownership of essential safety checks, including health and safety, fire safety, and the warden call system, making sure we meet compliance standards and deliver consistently high levels of service. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help you identify and manage risks, including safeguarding concerns, and you\’ll be confident in taking appropriate action to ensure residents\’ wellbeing is always prioritised.

Experience in housing or customer‐facing roles.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn new systems.
Excellent record‐keeping and attention to detail.
