We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Development Manager to play a leading role in delivering high-quality affordable homes across our development programme. Working as part of a high-performing Development Team, you'll lead the delivery of complex housing schemes, manage a portfolio of projects from acquisition through to completion, and provide leadership to Development Managers and Project Officers across your region. The Role
As Senior Development Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall delivery of a regional development programme, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget and to the highest standards. You'll also support the identification, appraisal and acquisition of new development opportunities, helping to drive the organisation's growth ambitions.
Key responsibilities include:
