We’re looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our team! Reporting into the Resourcing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering effective recruitment solutions, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and retain top talent across the organisation.
- Implementing creative sourcing strategies, and building defined candidate talent pools for future vacancies.
- Enhancing our process for a top-tier candidate experience.
- Utilising a range of sourcing methods including social media platforms, internal talent pools and being creative to secure the very best candidates.
- Working with the Resourcing Manager to ensure the recruitment process is consistent across the organisation.
- Organising and attending recruitment events such as job fairs.
- Driving Equality and Diversity, in all initiatives, policies and procedures delivered to ensure the business is operating best practice.
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Skilled in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and Boolean searches.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
