Location: Hybrid/Remote (with site travel in the South) – Home based, covering East and West Sussex, Hampshire, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, Dorset, Wiltshire, & Devon.
Salary: £26,897 per annum
Vacancy Type: 1 permanent full‑time role and 1 12‑month fixed‑term contract available.

This role supports Stonewater’s development programme and involves occasional travel to development sites within the South. Candidates must be able to travel independently to sites throughout the region.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have an interest in or knowledge of housing, especially affordable housing.
- Be confident, independent, and proactive in their work and relationships with colleagues.
- Have a customer‑focused approach.
- Have excellent administrative and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to produce written reports and ensure effective project management for internal and external stakeholders.
- Have good numerical and organisational skills to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references, and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
