Stonewater is seeking a proactive New Homes Executive to join our Development Directorate. You will own the sales and lettings journey across multiple new build schemes, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure fast occupancy and exceptional service.
You will manage sales/lettings across schemes, market homes effectively, support sustainable tenancies, and ensure smooth progression through completion, liaising with solicitors and other stakeholders.
