Data Management Manager to lead the way.
This pivotal role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving change, embedding best practice, and building a high-performing data management function.
You’ll be the driving force behind our data governance strategy, building the frameworks, teams, and relationships that unlock the true value of data across the organisation.
Your role will be central to improving data quality, consistency, and integrity—building trust in the data that underpins business decisions.
You’ll develop and implement frameworks, policies, and standards covering data quality, metadata, business rules, and reference data and work closely with business and IT teams to ensure our data is well-governed, aligned to strategic goals, and effectively used across departments.
A key part of the role will be fostering alignment around KPIs and business definitions, coordinating data stewards, and supporting the adoption of governance tools and processes.

- Proactive self-starter who spots opportunities and takes action to drive improvements.

- Strong knowledge of best practices in Information Management and how to apply them across varied business contexts.

- Knowledgeable in the end-to-end data cleansing lifecycle - including parsing, standardising, matching, and consolidating - and able to define clear cleansing strategies.
- Understands the complexities of Master Data Management (MDM) across both structured and unstructured data sets.
Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
