Here at Stonewater, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Employee Relations Specialist (known internally as People Relations Manager) to join our People, Culture Change team and play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of a wide-ranging employee relations portfolio, providing trusted, pragmatic HR advice to managers and colleagues across the organisation. You’ll be a credible coach and partner, supporting leaders through complex people matters while ensuring compliance, fairness and positive outcomes aligned with our values. You’ll also help build stronger, more resilient teams by coaching managers, delivering targeted HR training and using insight and data to influence people strategies that support business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, building strong, collaborative relationships across the organisation.
  • Deliver a proactive, commercially focused employee relations service, providing clear advice within employment legislation and minimising organisational risk.
  • Take ownership of employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
