About the Role: As our People Relations Manager, you will form strong working partnerships with operational managers and the wider people team to become a credible, reliable, trusted partner and coach. Youll provide insight and proactive coaching to managers and employees regarding relevant employment principles and complex employee relations issues. Youll also proactively analyse data to recognise emerging trends and using this to deliver learning solutions to line managers. Key Responsibilities: Be a subject matter expert on a broad range of ER issues including, conducting investigations and preparing comprehensive reports which includes recommendations for complaint resolution, coaching, counselling, and discipline where appropriate Providing insight, interpretation and proactive coaching to managers and employees regarding relevant employment principles, complex employee relations issues, performance management, workplace investigations and as well as on processes linked to the occupational health process Proactively identify, communicate and formulate a plan around employment workplace trends e.g. increasing turnover and absence with the input of relevant specialists, e.g. Resourcing Manager. Conduct ongoing analysis of employee relations data to identify trends and determine levels of colleague engagement and provide coaching as necessary. Advising on and supporting business change processes, including restructurings and reorganisations to create efficient and effective ways of working which supports the strategic objectives What Were Looking For: 3+ years experience within a similar role Able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of current employment legislation and the ability to analyse and interpret this. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially in dealing with complex and sensitive situations. Experience with HR systems Why Stonewater?
