Job Description:
Are you a strategic data leader ready to drive real business impact?
At Stonewater, we believe that data is more than just numbers — it’s the heartbeat of performance, innovation, and transformation. Our Data department is at the centre of a company-wide mission to evolve how we use Business Intelligence (BI) and data-driven insight to inform, empower, and elevate every area of our business.
We’re undergoing an exciting transformation across people, process, technology, and culture, and we’re looking for a visionary Data Business Partnering Manager to lead the change.
As Data Business Partnering Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping the future of data and BI at Stonewater. Acting as a trusted advisor to our business units and executives, you’ll lead a team that bridges the gap between business needs and high-impact data solutions.
You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives, translate these into actionable data strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of reporting and analytics, from daily operational insights to executive and regulatory dashboards.
This is a role for someone who’s not only fluent in BI but thrives in transformation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.
What you’ll bring
- Proven expertise in Business Intelligence, with a track record of delivering data-driven business value.
- Experience leading Data/BI teams and managing significant stakeholder relationships.
- Support the business in identifying and prioritising their questions that require BI and data solutions.
- Strong business consulting skills, capable of turning insight into action.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex change and influence at senior levels.
- Excellent knowledge of KPIs, reporting hierarchies, and governance in a regulated environment.
- Deep understanding of data management, information strategy, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
Stonewater reserves the right to bring the closing date forward should enough quality applications be received prior to the current closing date.
