Stonewater is seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager on an initial 6 month FTC to lead our national service delivery in tackling damp, mould, and disrepair. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our customers live in safe, healthy homes while embedding our values across all operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of damp, mould, and disrepair cases across the UK.
- Manage surveying and remedial contracts, ensuring compliance with KPIs, budgets, and contract terms.
- Oversee a team of Business Partners and administration support, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, contractors, local authorities, and environmental teams.
- Provide performance reports, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure resolution of HHSRS hazards and embed Stonewater’s digital vision into processes.
- Champion Stonewater’s digital vision by embedding innovative processes.
- Support procurement and mobilisation of new supply chain partners.
- Contribute to customer involvement strategies, giving residents a voice in shaping services.
