Join our Asset Intelligence Team and help us keep everything running smoothly for thousands of homes across the UK! As an Asset Intelligence Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our asset data is accurate, up-to-date, and ready to support important decisions across the business.

In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for keeping our asset management system (ActiveH) accurate and up-to-date. You’ll respond to queries and tasks through our Halo ticketing system, collaborate with development teams to source property component information, and carry out data cleansing and quality checks to maintain high standards. You’ll also have the chance to suggest improvements to processes and systems, all while managing your workload to meet agreed targets and service levels.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas like VLOOKUP is a bonus!)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills

  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
