The Role
As an Electrical Assembler, you’ll be responsible for assembling, wiring and testing electrical control panels to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels, cabinets and enclosures to engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
- Install and wire components including PLCs, relays, contactors, circuit breakers and terminal blocks.
- Carry out cable preparation, crimping, stripping and termination.
- Complete point-to-point and continuity testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area while following health and safety regulations.
