Production Operative – No Friday Work! 📍 Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk 💰 Pay: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour (DOE) + Enhanced Overtime Rates 🕒 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 – 16:00 (Fridays off!) A rapidly expanding manufacturer in Bury St Edmunds is looking for experienced Production Operatives to join their fast-paced team. If you have a background in manufacturing and hands-on experience with hand and power tools, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: 🔧 Assemble mechanical components with precision 🛠️ Secure and fix small parts using hand and power tools (e.g., impact guns) 🧼 Maintain a clean and organized workspace 🔩 Work with stainless and mild steel materials 🎨 Perform shot blasting and paint spraying What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience in assembly or manufacturing ✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred) ✅ A proactive, hands-on approach and strong time management skills 🚆 Easily accessible by public transport & on-site parking available for drivers If this sounds like the right fit for you, apply now!
