We’re seeking a driven and experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to champion operational excellence, inspire a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. This hands-on role is perfect for a proactive leader passionate about quality, safety, and team development.

As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you’ll oversee daily production activities, streamline workflows using CRM systems, and ensure adherence to stringent quality and safety standards. You’ll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth, playing a pivotal role in achieving performance targets and advancing our Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily production meetings to align the team with clear, actionable targets
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Optimize department capacity and staffing levels through effective use of CRM systems
  • Provide hands-on leadership to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges swiftly
  • Monitor team performance, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews
  • Mentor and develop team members, embedding a Lean Manufacturing mindset
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools such as 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Quality Assurance, and Materials teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, 5Y, TPM)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in CRM or MRP systems for production planning and resource management
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations, production planning, and quality assurance processes
