The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to follow up on warm leads, engage marketing and sales leaders, and book qualified discovery calls. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product team and play a key role in growing awareness and adoption of BotShield.
We’re open to recent graduates and candidates with up to one year of SDR or BDR experience. You’ll get in-office coaching, clear performance targets, and room to grow.
Note: The role begins with two weeks full-time in our Stevenage office, so we can support you closely as you get started. After that, hybrid or remote working is possible depending on performance and fit.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated from campaigns, videos, case studies, and retargeting ads
- Execute personalised outreach using email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Book qualified meetings with Heads of Marketing and Sales in the UK and US
- Record activity and track lead status in our CRM
- Share insights from conversations to help improve messaging and targeting
- Work closely with senior team members to refine approach and improve conversion rates

Compensation & Progression
- Performance-based bonus, up to £6,000 annually (based on meetings, opportunities, and closed deals)
