- Ensuring CDM compliance and contractor adherence
- Investigating incidents, near misses, and implementing corrective actions
- Delivering toolbox talks and practical H&S guidance onsite
- Supporting project documentation and compliance requirements
- Working closely with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement
This is a highly autonomous role where your expertise and judgement will be trusted.

- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations
- Experience supporting live site operations and contractor management
Highly desirable backgrounds include:

The Opportunity
Working Pattern: Predominantly site-based across London projects, typically 3–4 days onsite, 1–2 days office/admin support, occasional travel outside London.
Why Apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, specialist business where health & safety is genuinely valued operationally not treated as a box-ticking exercise.
