Coordinate the appointment activities of the service technicians and laborers within the Department. Assist the Service Manager in maximizing the productivity, efficiency and income of the service department while ensuring all customers are served in a prompt and professional manner.Specific Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesDocument all customer repair needs on service repair orders and schedule appointments including Customer Orientations and pickupsTo compute customer billings and warranty billings; gain customer prior approval for requested and add-on service requirementsTo make sure all billings are collected using company policiesEnsure ALL work performed on ALL work orders are properly documentedTo inspect for quality work and cleanlinessConsistently provide \”ON TIME DELIVERIES\” of repaired / sold Recreational VehiclesEnsure all work orders are opened and closed promptlyConducts a thorough examination of the RV to be repaired and provides estimatesRecommends measures to improve the Service DepartmentEnsure all incoming RV\’s are accounted for and scheduled in for inspection / repairsService Advisor Qualifications / Skills:Problem solvingQuality focusProduct knowledgeEducation and Experience Requirements:High school diploma, GED, or equivalentPrevious customer service experience preferred but not necessaryExperience or certification within the RV Industry is a bonusComputer and point-of-sale proficiencyValid driver\’s license with an acceptable driving recordPlease Forward All Resume\’s to Tim Burns at timb@stonesrv.caFirst Name *Last Name *ZIP/PostalEmail *Phone Number *Upload Resume *.pdf, word or .jpgIt\’s ok to contact me about future discounts and events.(Easily unsubscribe at any time.)KEYSTONE EXCLUSIVE DEALERSHIP We offer financing or take trade-ins toward your RV purchase.
