We are seeking a Seasonal RV Parts Clerk to join our team during the busy camping season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is organized, and has an interest in RV parts and accessories. The Parts Clerk will assist customers and service technicians in locating and ordering the correct parts and accessories for recreational vehicles. This is a fast-paced position that plays an important role in keeping our service department and customers ready for the road.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting RV parts and accessories.
- Work with service technicians to supply parts needed for repairs and installations.
- Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and computer systems.
- Receive, check in, and organize incoming parts orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels.
- Process customer purchases through the point-of-sale system.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Assist with merchandising and displays of RV accessories.
- Help with warranty parts returns when required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
