StoneRise is a fast-growing construction-tech SaaS business building a modular ERP platform for commercial, financial, HR, and procurement management in the construction industry. We work with SMEs through to large contractors, focusing on practical software that delivers real commercial outcomes across complex construction environments. We are early-stage, founder-led, and building for scale.

This is a senior, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager role focused on execution and delivery. You will be the first in-house marketing hire at StoneRise and will work closely with the founders on a day-to-day basis. The founders will remain actively involved in messaging, positioning, and priorities, and you will be relied upon for your practical marketing expertise to plan and execute digital activity across content, campaigns, and paid channels.

In addition to hands-on execution, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing external marketing consultants and specialists (such as designers, paid media support, or developers), ensuring work is well-briefed, aligned to priorities, and delivered to a high standard. This role is designed as a senior individual-contributor position rather than a guaranteed leadership pathway. While responsibility may evolve over time, progression is based on capability and business need, and StoneRise may introduce additional senior marketing roles in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content & Thought Leadership
    • Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and the website
    • Turn founder and internal expertise into clear, insight-led marketing content
    • Produce short-form posts, carousels, basic video clips, blogs, and case studies
    • Maintain a structured content calendar with consistent messaging
    • Focus on practical, quality-driven content rather than high-volume posting
  • Organic LinkedIn Growth
    • Own and grow StoneRise’s company LinkedIn presence
    • Work closely with the founders on founder-led LinkedIn content
    • Engage with industry conversations to increase reach and visibility
    • Apply best-practice B2B LinkedIn formats, cadence, and engagement techniques
  • Paid Media & Campaign Execution
    • Plan, execute, and optimise LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads in collaboration with the founders
    • Manage and coordinate external paid media or campaign specialists where required
    • Create and test ad creative and messaging
    • Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, conversions, and engagement
    • Apply learnings to improve campaign performance over time
  • Campaigns & Lead Magnets
    • Help create and launch lead magnets such as guides, webinars, and simple tools
    • Support campaigns from idea through to launch and iteration
    • Assist with landing pages and email follow-ups
    • Apply full-funnel B2B SaaS marketing fundamentals
  • Marketing Operations & Reporting
    • Use HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) to manage campaigns, contacts, pipelines, and reporting
    • Track marketing activity and performance across content, email, and paid channels
    • Maintain clear, simple reporting on content and campaign results
    • Brief, manage, and coordinate external designers, developers, or specialists as needed
    • Help document and improve marketing processes over time

Skills & Experience

  • Circa 3–5 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing for SaaS products or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Mandatory experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM for campaign execution and reporting
  • Proven ability to independently plan and execute digital marketing activity end-to-end
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior stakeholders
  • Experience briefing and managing external consultants or agencies
  • Strong content creation skills, particularly for LinkedIn and digital channels
  • Hands-on experience with paid social and/or search advertising
  • Comfortable forming and expressing informed opinions on what will and won’t work
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, founder-led team
  • Clear, confident written communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in construction, property, or engineering sectors
  • Exposure to video, webinar, or event-led content
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent, high-quality content published each week
  • Growing LinkedIn engagement and brand visibility
  • Paid campaigns and lead magnets launched and improved over time
  • Improving relevance and quality of inbound leads
