We are working with an established and growing construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to support the delivery of projects across a varied multi-sector portfolio, including healthcare, commercial, education, and hotel developments. This role offers excellent exposure to diverse projects and the opportunity to progress your career within a growing consultancy.
The Role:
- Providing full pre- and post-contract cost management services
- Preparing cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies
- Managing procurement and tender processes
- Contract administration, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Working closely with project managers, designers, and clients
About You:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy / PQS environment
- Experience working across a range of sectors such as retail, healthcare, commercial, education, or hotels
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Working towards or already chartered (MRICS or equivalent)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Organised, commercially aware, and detail-oriented
