Associate / Senior Project Manager – Leeds

Stoneridge Consulting are working with a leading multi‑disciplinary property consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate / Senior Project Manager to join their growing Leeds‑based Project Management team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large‑scale regeneration, mixed‑use and refurbishment projects across the North of England, delivering complex schemes for a mix of public and private sector clients.

The Role

• Leading projects through the full lifecycle, from feasibility and design to procurement, construction, and handover
• Delivering CAT A, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects across commercial, industrial, logistics, and mixed‑use sectors
• Managing cost, programme, risk, and quality to ensure successful outcomes
• Acting as Employer\’s Agent or Contract Administrator where required
• Coordinating consultant teams, contractors, and key stakeholders

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Acting as a key point of contact for investors, developers, occupiers, and public sector bodies
• Chairing meetings and providing clear, concise reporting
• Supporting client decision‑making with commercially sound advice
• Ensuring governance procedures, contracts, and statutory requirements are met

Leadership & Team Contribution

• Mentoring and supporting junior project managers and surveyors
• Contributing to team culture, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• Supporting business development activity, fee proposals, and client pitches

About You

• Strong project management experience within a consultancy or client‑side environment
• Experience delivering complex commercial or regeneration‑led projects
• Confident client‑facing professional with strong commercial awareness
