The Role

  • Assisting with dilapidations, condition surveys, and acquisition reports
  • Supporting contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects
  • Preparing reports, schedules, and technical documentation
  • Liaising with clients, contractors and consultants
  • Attending site meetings and client meetings
  • Managing workload, timesheets, expenses and general project administration
  • Developing technical knowledge through APC study, mentoring and CPD

About You

  • Minimum 1 year’s industry experience
  • RICS-accredited degree (2:1 or above)
  • Working towards Chartered RICS status
  • Organised, commercially aware and client-focused
