We're looking for a Building Manager / Concierge to provide a consistent, professional on-site presence and keep day-to-day building operations running smoothly.
Previous experience as an office manager, in security, or in facilities management would be ideal.
Key responsibilities
Manage contractors on site, extending access beyond the current Monday-only restrictions and reducing delays to remedial works.
Provide on-site resilience by escorting contractors and visitors, applying building knowledge, checking health and safety procedures, and enforcing house rules.
Complete statutory checks and coordinate actions arising from health and safety inspections.
Act as the first point of contact for on-site occupiers, managing them closely to ensure agreed standards are maintained.
Support building security and assist the receptionist during busy periods.
Assist the existing site team with room set-ups for selected meetings.
About you
Previous experience in office management, security, or facilities management is desirable.
You're reliable, personable, and comfortable being the go-to person on site, with a practical approach to health and safety and a strong sense of ownership over building standards.
