About Our Client We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-disciplinary building consultancy known for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors.
They're now looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team and take the lead on projects of varying scale and complexity.
The Role Having recently achieved (or being close to achieving) Chartered membership with RICS, you'll take ownership of projects from inception to completion, working with minimal supervision under the direction of a Project Lead.
You'll manage service delivery across a range of clients and sectors including but not limited to Healthcare, Commercial, Education
