You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our vehicle administration process runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced dealership environment and can confidently manage a varied and ever-changing workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taxing new and used vehicles
- Invoicing new and used cars and preparing manufacturer handover packs
- Bringing vehicles into stock and maintaining accurate records
- Setting up warranties for both approved and non-approved vehicles
- Raising payment requisitions for purchases and part-exchange settlements
- Monitoring and updating new car statuses
Qualifications & Experience
