We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Motor Trade Accounts Assistant to join our busy and growing team at Rainham, Medway. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the motor trade industry and be confident using Pinewood / Keyloop systems. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations of the business while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Vehicle stock accounting
  • Daily cash postings and allocations
  • Assisting with month-end procedures
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
  • Supporting the accounts team with general administration duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a motor trade accounts role is desirable
  • Knowledge of Pinewood or Keyloop would be highly beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
