This is a part-time, on-site Parts Advisor role based at our dealership in Rainham, Medway. The Parts Advisor will assist customers and workshop teams in identifying and supplying the correct parts and accessories, both over the counter and via phone or email. Responsibilities include:

  • Checking stock availability
  • Ordering parts
  • Managing inventory records
  • Ensuring accurate pricing and invoicing in line with dealer management procedures
  • Working closely with service and sales departments to support efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience in a retail or automotive environment are essential. Experience with Dealer Management systems or similar automotive retail software, and basic familiarity with parts catalogues is required. Inventory Control skills, including stock checking, recording, and organizing parts to support workshop efficiency are important. General automotive knowledge or previous experience in a parts, service, or dealership role is beneficial. Proficiency in email, Excel, point-of-sale systems, and strong attention to detail are necessary. A willingness to learn brand-specific product ranges and follow company policies and safety procedures is expected.
