About the role

As Fundraising Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of strategies to grow sustainable and unrestricted income. Reporting to the Head of Income Generation, you will play a vital role in deepening relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), while also engaging regular givers, corporates and community partners.

You will:

  • Develop and implement income strategies across major donors, individual giving and legacies, corporate fundraising and community giving
  • Lead tailored stewardship plans to retain and grow supporter engagement
  • Manage the Community & Events Fundraiser to deliver successful campaigns and events
  • Use CRM systems (Donorfy), digital platforms, and data insights to enhance supporter journeys and track performance
  • Represent Stonepillow in the community, building awareness and strong partnerships
  • Monitor income, evaluate ROI, and report on performance to senior leadership

This role is essential in securing the income needed to deliver Stonepillow’s life-changing services for people experiencing homelessness across Chichester and Arun.

Who we are looking for

We’re seeking a confident and strategic fundraiser with a track record of growing income and building lasting supporter relationships. You’ll be digitally savvy, data-driven and values-led.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in one or more of major donor, individual giving, community, or corporate fundraising
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across audiences
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Donorfy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead a small team and plan effective campaigns
  • Financial awareness and a strong understanding of ROI in fundraising
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach, aligned with Stonepillow’s values
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Chichester and Arun are essential.
