Our Client, a world-renowned media brand, is looking to hire a qualified ACCA/CIMA Finance Systems Manager to help support the business in this sustained period of growth.

  • Manage and maintain Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning in a well-controlled and documented system environment.
  • Lead the Finance Systems team, motivating team members and encouraging them to learn and develop through their work.
  • Provide technical assistance for core financial processes.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key members of the Finance team and other global stakeholders.
  • Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of Workday updates.
  • Advise on system enhancements when appropriate for both Finance and the Business.
  • Run pilots for new functionality/system changes utilizing Finance team members for key roles in the pilots.
  • Optimise processes to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Roll out ways of working which facilitate user self-service.
  • Ensure system changes are communicated to users in a timely manner.
  • Develop a training strategy for users.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party providers involved in Workday support.
