A high growth Private Equity backed business is looking for a recently qualified Management Accountant to join their team in a newly created role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the monthly finance close process, ensuring reporting deadlines are achieved in line with Group timetable.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities, ensuring strong financial control and integrity of financial data.
  • Deliver detailed cost analysis and cost review reporting across multiple site/brand environments.
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to provide meaningful insight and support on department cost performance and outcomes (examples being fleet and premises).
  • Partner with operational leaders across sales, lettings, property management, and support functions to provide financial insight.
  • Support acquisition integration activity including finance process alignment, balance sheet and cost base inheritance.
  • Assist with procurement and supplier cost review work across multiple spend categories.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
