Our Client, a world-renowned media brand, is looking to hire a qualified ACCA/CIMA Finance Systems Manager to help support the business in this sustained period of growth.
Duties would include:
- Manage and maintain Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning in a well-controlled and documented system environment.
- Lead the Finance Systems team, motivating team members and encouraging them to learn and develop through their work.
- Provide technical assistance for core financial processes.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key members of the Finance team and other global stakeholders.
- Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders.
- Stay on top of Workday updates.
- Advise on system enhancements when appropriate for both Finance and the Business.
- Run pilots for new functionality/system changes utilizing Finance team members for key roles in the pilots.
- Optimise processes to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Roll out ways of working which facilitate user self-service.
- Ensure system changes are communicated to users in a timely manner.
- Develop a training strategy for users.
- Oversee relationships with third-party providers involved in Workday support.
