Our Client, a Global Media brand, is looking to hire a Qualified ACA/CA Financial Reporting Manager to join their International Finance Division. The suitable candidate would have Qualified in Practice and have experience working within a large complex organisation ideally with experience of US GAAP.
Duties:
- Ownership of actuals, budget and preparation and coordination of month-end reporting.
- Oversee and coordinate support for external auditors, including required information, documentation and responses.
- Review and aggregation of month-end reports.
- Review of market balance sheets for correct accounting treatment and forecast (cost base circa $20m end close, including variance analysis and tax).
- Ensuring timely provision of end reporting packages from European markets.
- Involvement in preparing divisional balance sheet submissions to US head office.
- Ownership of divisional SOX reporting to US.
- Provision of feedback and support to markets.
- Consolidation of management cashflow forecast reports from markets for inclusion in monthly forecast submission to US.
- Support local accounting teams.
- Transfer pricing charge outs.
- Other ad hoc projects.
