We’re looking for a Level 3 Support Engineer to join our growing MSP team at Stonemere. This is a senior role focused on complex troubleshooting whilst working alongside other experienced engineers in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as final escalation point for Level 1 & 2 engineers
- Manage high-priority incidents and root cause analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practice
Tech you’ll work with:
- Mixed environments (Windows, MacOS, mobile)
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ IT support experience (incl. Level 3 exposure)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in an MSP environment (preferred)
- Excellent communication with both technical & non-technical users
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Working pattern:
- On-call rota: 1 in 5 weeks
- Hybrid working available
