We are looking for a General Manager for a community pub in Ilminster. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels.
The Stonemasons is a community pub located in the lovely area of Ilminster. It has a separate dining area and accommodates approximately 1,000 covers per week. It also offers Pool, Darts and a TV viewing area that visitors can enjoy. There is a mixed guest base including locals and families, with a huge opportunity to grow sales by introducing entertainment and live acts. The pub turns over £25,000 per week on a 60/40 dry lead split. Management accommodation is available in the form of three bedrooms with a separate entrance.
