About the pub:
The Stonemasons is a community pub located in the lovely area of Ilminster. It has a separate dining area and accommodates approximately 1,000 covers per week. It also offers pool, darts and a TV viewing area that visitors can enjoy. There is a mixed guest base including locals & families. There is huge opportunity to grow sales and take advantage of footfall within the local area by introducing entertainment and live acts. The Stonemasons is turning over £25,000 per week on a 60/40 dry lead split. Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 bedrooms with a separate entrance.
