Stonleaf is exclusively engaged to appoint an Investment & Asset Management Senior Associate/Vice President on behalf of a London-focused real estate platform operating a large-scale portfolio of operational and flexible workspace assets across the capital. The business is entering an important phase of evolution, with new leadership, a strong focus on portfolio performance and an ambition to strengthen analytical capability across investment, asset management and finance. The platform combines operational complexity with meaningful scale, creating a highly visible role with exposure to senior decision-makers and broad commercial responsibility.

We are seeking an analytically strong individual to support portfolio analysis, investment underwriting, operational performance tracking and strategic decision-making across the business. The role sits at the intersection of investment, portfolio and asset management, offering exposure across multiple functions rather than a siloed analytical seat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support portfolio analysis across occupancy, NOI, yield, IRR, utilisation and cashflow metrics.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models supporting acquisitions, hold/sell analysis, business planning and capital allocation decisions.
  • Work closely with Investment, Asset Management and Finance teams to support underwriting assumptions, operational performance analysis and strategic reporting.
  • Produce portfolio reporting, dashboards and analytical materials for senior leadership discussions.
  • Support scenario modelling, forecasting and portfolio optimisation initiatives across a complex operational real estate platform.
  • Track asset-level performance against business plans and identify performance trends, risks and opportunities.
The Individual
  • 3 -7 years’ experience within real estate investment, portfolio analytics, asset management, investment banking or a similarly analytical environment.
  • Excellent financial modelling capability, with confidence handling detailed and operationally complex datasets.
  • Strong commercial judgement alongside technical rigour.
  • Comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders and functions within a fast-moving environment.
  • Exposure to operational real estate, portfolio management or investment analysis beneficial but not essential.
  • A proactive and intellectually curious individual seeking broader ownership and visibility within a real estate platform.
Next Steps

Please apply without delay. Initial conversations are taking place mid/end of May. Qualified candidates will be shortlisted and invited to attend client interviews (and financial modelling test) in June.
