The Opportunity
This role will involve managing a diverse enforcement caseload across the private rented sector, handling investigations through to formal action where required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting HHSRS inspections and property assessments
- Investigating housing disrepair and compliance issues
- Serving statutory notices and civil penalties
- Preparing enforcement and prosecution cases
- Working closely with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders
You will join an established team environment while maintaining ownership of your own cases and inspections.
About You
